Ministry Teams are the Lifeline of Your Awana Missionary's Work.

Being part of a team brings tremendous rewards. You feel like you're part of something big. You pull together for a common goal. You learn  to depend upon other and, at the same time, stretch yourself to the limit.
Your Awana missionary represents a team of people committed to the common goal of bringing the gospel to families and providing tools to help children grow in the Lord. But, the missionary can not do it alone. He needs people like you who are willing to help with some of the everyday tasks that occupy his schedule.
How You Can Help...
There are two ways you can be a part of the team.

• Office Task

All Awana missionaries have a heavy amount of office work. By volunteering once or twice a year to help with office task, you can really make a difference in your missionary's work. Some things you can do

• Letters: (logging, folding, sealing, stamping)
• Bulk Mail (addressing, labeling, folding, sorting)
• Registration mailing: (sorting, folding, stuffing, labeling, sealing)
• Computer data entry: (addresses, registration, records)
• Pre-packing event awards
• Folding programs for events
• Collating information packets
• Inventorying supplies
• Event Task

Because the AwanaGames and Bible Quizzing require a large number of workers, these events are a great way to be a part of your missionary's ministry team. Any help you can offer will be appreciated. Some ways to get involved:

• AwanaGames staff: (scorekeepers, timers, ushers, ticket takers,)
• Quizzing staff: (scorekeepers, ushers)
• Sound system operators
• Staff to set up and take down
• Concessions

Some tasks mean a larger commitment on your part. These may include:
